Project Overview 

As the main contractor, Calder Group was responsible for the project management and construction components of this project.

Calder Group delivered building consent, project management, precast concrete design and drawings, structural engineering as well as leading the project management and construction.  

The building includes animal medical treatment facilities, cattery and office/reception areas.

Total floor area – 375m2. 

Materials

150mm precast panels (designed and manufactured by Calder), 0.55 vertical metal profile cladding.
