Project Overview 

As the principal contractor, Calder Group was responsible for all aspects of Roofing Industries new commercial building in Cromwell, from concept through to completion. 

Calder Group delivered building consent, project management, design drawings, structural engineering as well as leading the project management and construction. 

Project Stats 

The project included the design and construction of a 1985m2 factory operating two 3.6 tonne gantry mono cranes to service the floor area. A 190m2 showroom and open plan office, totalled the project floor area to 2175m2. 

Project Team 

In-house Calder specialists from architectural technicians to steel fabricators, engineers and carpenters. 

Materials 

150mm pre cast concrete wall panels – black oxide exposed finish, Indurabond cladding system.

18 months.
