Project Overview
Positioned in the fast-growing industrial area of Turton Crescent, Cromwell is the new Mainstream Freight Depot. This building comprises of a fit for purpose 130m2 office and staff amenities area with a 1200m2 drive-through freight warehouse.

This project was designed and constructed with the future in mind, creating a space that allows for business growth as well as the installation of 40 large solar panels on the roof for renewable energy generation.

This was a design and build project executed using our vertical integration supply chain of specialists, the project team comprised of architectural technicians, steel fabricators, welders, precast and construction carpenters.
