Project Overview 

As the principal contractor, Calder Group was responsible for all aspects of the new AA Auto Centre in Three Parks, Wanaka, which offers vehicle servicing, WoFs and mechanical repairs. 

Calder Group delivered building consent, project management, architectural design and drawings, structural engineering as well as leading the project management and construction. 

Project Stats

Total floor area – 594m2. The ground floor comprises of 352m2 workshop, reception, office and 110m2 vehicle testing lane, a 242m2 first floor with staffroom, store room and tyre storage. The building included a 1800mm deep by 11m vehicle testing pit.

In-house Calder specialists from architectural technicians and detailers to steel fabricators, engineers and carpenters.
