On the prominent Sir Tim Wallis Drive in Wanaka, this multi-level retail and office space showcases the capabilities of Calder Group.
As the principal contractor, Calder Group was responsible for all aspects of this architecturally designed commercial building, from concept through to completion.
Calder Group delivered building consent, project management, detailed architectural design, structural engineering as well as leading the project management and construction.
The three-storey building offers six open plan office spaces across the three floors with the top floor offices having access to two balconies.
