Project Overview
As the main contractor, Calder Group was responsible for all aspects of the new Kart City indoor go-kart facility in Frankton, Queenstown, from concept through to completion.
Calder Group delivered building consent, structural engineering, design and drawings as well as leading the project management and construction. In addition to the base building, Calder also delivered the extensive fit-out of the indoor go kart track and laser tag facility in the building.
The building was built under strict guidelines for height as it was built neighbouring the Queenstown International Airport.
