We are currently looking for a Design Architectural Technician to join our team and work with us on a variety of exciting and challenging projects in the Central Otago region.

The role involves:

• Producing architectural plans/designs and working drawings using Revit
• Developing plans, construction details and complete sets of workings drawings as per the NZ Building Code and Standards
• Preparation of building consent submissions
• Providing 3D presentation renders intermittently as required
• Being part of client design meetings where required
• Managing multiple projects and working deadlines

You will need:

• A tertiary qualification in architecture or architectural technology
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of NZ3604, NZBC and building consent procedures

A competitive remuneration package will be provided.

This role is part time 20-30 hours per week.
