Who we are looking for:

• ​Candidates will have a commercial construction background in a lead carpenter or foreman capacity
• Have the enthusiasm and tenacity to drive projects at the highest standard
• A proven track record working on small to medium sized projects will be desired
• Exposure to working on a range of construction projects from $2m to $20m, with a successful performance record of running site teams and delivery excellence on projects
• A minimum of 2-4 years foreman experience
• Strong focus on planning and working to the programme at hand
• Solid knowledge of construction methodologies
• Passion for health and safety and providing strong leadership and enforcement of company policies and procedures
• Strong people and leadership skills with the ability to positively manage complex relationships
• A relevant trade or tertiary qualification is preferred but not essential
